Phone, hours, and response times
Call (904) 395-CANS ((904) 395-2267) for the fastest response. We answer phones during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM, and check voicemail and email outside those hours. Quote requests called in before noon for same-day delivery get priority routing. After-hours messages are returned the next business morning. We do not run an offshore call center; the person on the line knows the trucks, the drivers, and the disposal yards.

What to include in your message
If you are reaching out by message instead of phone, the more we know up front the faster we can quote. Tell us the delivery address (or at least the city and zip), the container size you think you need, the type of debris going in, the date you want delivery, and the project type. If you are a contractor opening a new account, list the active or upcoming jobsites and the volume you expect to run per month. We will reply with a written quote and answer any access or permit questions before the box rolls.
Existing customers
If you already have a container on the ground and need a swap, a pickup, or an extension, call (904) 395-CANS and reference the address. Same-day swaps are available when route capacity allows. Pickup requests called in before noon are typically handled the same day. Extensions are billed at the daily extension rate listed on your original quote and can be added by phone or email.
